This fabulous family friendly ski chalet accommodation provides the ideal base from which to enjoy the perfect ski holiday in Livigno!

The 85sqm property boasts bright and spacious self catering accommodation with modern home comforts, a welcoming L-shaped open plan living area with dining area, flatscreen SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, mocrowave, coffee machine and electric kettle. There is a sleeping sofa in the living room that can be used as a double bed, when necessary.

The sleeping accommodation features a spacious modern double bedroom, a second bedroom with twinned single beds and third bedroom with two single beds ideal for children.

A private balcony enjoys beautiful views over the slopes and breathtaking alpine scenery which looks glorious all year round.

The internal accommodation also features two modern power shower rooms and a washing machine is also provided for guests private use during their stay.

The accommodation is also ideally located for guests to enjoy the resident luxury wellness spa with a range of water treatments, steam room, finnish sauna and solarium; the ideal escape after a day’s skiing and snow boarding.

The first day at the luxury wellness centre is free of charge for the guests and any extra day has an additional charge. Please note that the wellness centre is located 50 metres away from the property.

Livigno offers wide choice of activities from the fabulous range of ski runs, the famous Snowboard park which is one of the best in Europe and from the fitness centre, swimming pool, luxury day spa, designer shopping district and activites which range from horse riding, ice climbing, dog sledding, the Larix Adenvture park, hiking in the Swiss national park, visiting St Moritz and mountian biking at the nearby Mottolino Bike Park; guests can be sure of a holiday run to their requirements and choice.

Livigno has a free shuttle bus service that drives you from the North to the South of the town stopping at every main ski-lift. This service is available from 08:00 Am till 20:00 Pm.We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our local property manager: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per stay, Push Chair - EU 25 per stay, Camp Bed – EU 20 per night (not in all properties a bed can added, please check first), Wi-Fi or Mobile Internet Stick - EU 35 per stay. Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Response from the manager Dear guest, firstly, we would like to apologise for for any dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay. These are self-catering apartments and we provide the arrival instructions and a welcome, and leave our guests to it. Many guests like their privacy .. so we are sorry you were not happy with this service side of things. The password is located on the back of the router and we do have a book explaining about check-out. For any issues, you have direct contact with our property manager Marco, so could have called him. We hear nothing but praise and positive words about Marco and his service. We are however pleased you enjoyed the great amenities and it was a pleasure having you here to stay.
