Description

Apartment ANA with a beautiful terrace is located on top of the building on Pražakova street, in vicinity of the main bus and railway station and only 500 metres from the Triple bridge.

This modern apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second with two single beds. Bathroom has a bath tub with shower, bidet, toilet and a washing machine.

In the main room there is a living corner with LCD TV and sofa, which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining corner and fully equipped kitchen with stove, bar stools, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, small kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery. From the main room there is an access to the terrace where you can enjoy in a wonderful view over the city. On the terrace there is a large table with chairs, place for sun bathing and a shower. During hot days the terrace can also be covered with retractable overhang.

The apartment is fully equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

Apartment is on the 11th floor. There is an elevator to the 10th floor, but then there are 10 stairs to access the apartment. It is possible to park a car on private parking in front of the building for free, if there is available space. Otherwise also public parking lots are very close by.

During the day within the car-free city centre area can easily be overcome on foot or if you hop on an environment-friendly electric vehicle called Kavalir (Gallant Helper) - accommodates up to five people, rides are free of charge. Simple, environment-friendly and cost-effective means of transport is also a city bike Bicikelj, which you can use after on-line registration on their website. All 30+ parking stations are located within 500 meters of each other and guarantee a quick and easy access to the bikes. The first hour of each ride is free. To use a Ljubljana city public bus it is necessary to buy the Urbana public transport card - available at public utility company (LPP) ticket office, Tourist Info Centers, kiosks, post offices…

Interaction with guest

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Interaction with guests depends on their needs. If guests want to have a complete privacy we meet them only upon their arrival and at their departure. If guests have any requests we are available anytime. At central reception we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (during summer till 6:00pm), Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00pm, or by e-mail and telephone. In case of emergencies we have an agent on duty available over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
