FULLY REFURBISHED PRIVATE VILLA IN THE HEART OF KYRENIA TOWN
Sema Villa is a luxury self catering villa in the heart of Kyrenia town, surrounded by the local community with 4 bedrooms all with their own en-suit. The location for holiday renters is second to none as you are within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants and also the Old Kyrenia Harbour. Our home is furnished to a very high standard and we have also adapted one en-suit for guests with mobility issues. We have three ramps on the property and the ground floor en-suit has a seat in the shower and also hand grip bars.

As we are located within Kyrenia town and set within the local busy community you will be within easy driving distance of some of the best beaches like Ice beach, Kervan Sarah, Deniz Kisi, Turtle beach, Accopollco beach, Alagadi beach to name but a few. You will also find many large supermarkets within walking distance where you can purchase all your daily groceries and they have quite a good selection of British products also.
We have a Pharmacy on almost every street corner for any emergencies. There is a large super market virtually on your doorstep so it will be easy to stock up on every day needs.
Sema Villa has 24/7 CCTV installed around the outside areas for added security. We also have remote controlled shutters fitted on the outside of the property to keep the inside cooler from the harshness of the heat during the summer months and these are controlled from the inside via switches. They also add extra security when the blinds are down if you decide to be out all day. Our water is heated via solar panels on the roof, but if additional hot water is required you can switch the emersion heater on for a while which should top up the hot water as required.
We provide our guests with a welcome pack for essentials which will include the basics like bread, milk, eggs, tea and coffee. We also add a bottle of wine to help get your holiday off to a good start.
For our active guests they can enjoy a spot of golf, water sports, horse riding, snorkelling, water skiing, paragliding and also snow skiing on the Troudos Mountains (located on the south of Cyprus). Guests who wish to participate in these activities are responsible for making their own checks before taking part in any activity as we have not checked these facilities ourselves.
TV viewing is via smart Tv which is connected to the internet. You can access many popular English or foreign Tv programs and films via YouTube.
Sema Villa is fitted with a 'Pay As You Go' electricity meter. We provide you with 300 units of credit to get you started, but once used additional units of credit can be purchased. Minimum top up 330TL, (about £10 at todays exchange rate September 2023). More details can be provided to guests once your booking is confirmed.
Generator installed so that if there is a power cut during your stay, you will not be left in the dark.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times. High Chair and Cot can be provided free of charge if requested in advance during the booking process.
