Description

First floor redecorated apartment with terrace, sea views and private pool on a secluded property in Pessada.

This modern and luxury 70 sq.m. whole first floor apartment is located just a breath away from Pessada village within a huge estate of 1.5 acres with superb and fresh scented garden full of flowers, palm and cypress tree varieties.

The whole area is surrounded by high stone walls, while passing the heavy remote controlled iron gate there is a “crazy paved” driveway which leads to the external BBQ area and the overflowed swimming pool with the hydromassage.

The pool area is completely private with sun laungers and a big umbrella.

It comes available for use from May till the end of September and is only used by the tenants.

Taking the stairs under the covered veranda you will be leaded to the apartment which is totally independent from the ground floor and comprises of a hall entrance, open plan lounge, dining area for four persons, w.c. and a fully equipped kitchen.

The sofa, into the lounge which is fully air conditioned, turns to a bed which can sleep one adult or two children. The spacious bedroom offers a queen size double bed with anatomic mattress, bedsides, drawer and a huge wardrobe.

The fully air conditioned bedroom has the benefit of en-suite shower with sliding door and bath furniture with fitted hand basin.

The front side has a balcony facing south with amazing sea views while the terrace at the rear looks at Ainos mountain.

Pessada is one of the most beautiful villages of south Kefalonia, with two local beaches, 2 km away from the villa, while in less than ten minutes drive you will find the beach of St. Thomas and Trapezaki.

The capital of Kefalonia is only 12 Km from Pessada.

“A Great Place to Stay”

This villa is one of the best of the many we have stayed in it absolutely amazing. Spacious and ultra clean it has everything you could wish for. The private swimming pool is set in the extensive park like gardens with a large barbeque house. Although a car is essential you will need one anyway to see the best of the Island and rental prices are very reasonable. The owner lives on site and has made our stay a very pleasant one. We would recommend this villa to anyone you would not be disappointed.
