Description

The beautiful completely new estate includes a large house with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with dining room and large 80m2 terrace with whirlpool for 6 people. In the lower part of the house, there are sauna, fitness room, and game room where you can relax, train or have fun playing billiard, table tennis, darts or table soccer… Every room in the house have air conditioning and wi-fi connection.

The real asset of this house is the basement with a small tavern where we keep our 100% organic cheese, prosciutto, ham and vine made of the special sort of grapes growing only in this part of the world. So if you get hungry or thirsty, and want to taste something really Croatian, you are welcome to visit our tavern and try best quality food and vine.

In the front of the house, there is a 60m2 swimming pool and Children’s playground. Right next to the pool, there is a small 30m2 party house with barbecue. This small house is a perfect place to have dinner and spend evenings

There is also 450m2 sport facility where you can play tennis, soccer, volleyball, badminton and etc…

If you decide to go to the beach, World-famous rocky and sandy beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, and are located near the town of Imotski with the natural phenomena of the Red and Blue Lake. In addition to Imotski and Makarska, we recommend a tour to the historic cities under UNESCO protection Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omis and the National mountains and nature parks. Nearby, there are several restaurants, shops, pizzeria with a wood oven, bakery. And if you want some more adventure you can go horse riding, rafting, bungee jumping, fishing, and etc
