Description

This is a fantastic independent villa with 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and private pool in a lovely quiet location. It has full air conditioning throughout all lounges and bedrooms.

Upstairs, there is a king size bed , 2 single beds, pair of bunk beds, kitchen lounge & dining area.

Downstairs, there is a double bedroom, 2 single beds , kitchen lounge & dining area.

Enter the property from a small quiet road and garden. On entering the main front door you go upstairs to the lounge/ dining room. The lounge is beautifully furnished with dining table, 2 leather sofas and a TV with full English and spanish channels, DVD player and surround sound system. A stylish fully fitted kitchen with hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer,and microwave. There is free WIFI and english TV

Off the lounge is a balcony with a large outside dining table and chairs.

Leading from the lounge is a hallway which leads to a large master bedroom with ensuite. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedside cabinets. It has a lovely bathroom with a shower.

From the hallway is a large family bathroom,a twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds. All rooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The family bathroom with a bath/shower. The twin bedrrom has a small balcony, whre you can sit and read a book.

There are several seating and dining areas outside around the pool and the house. There is a lovely private pool.

The inside stairs lead up to a roof solarium where you can dry your washing or sunbath in private.

Downstairs there is an independent apartment, which has 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette. The apartment has a TV, DVD and sound system, with full English and Spanish TV channels.

There are clear sea views and views of the salt flats from the solarium.

Additional items…. Iron and deluxe ironing board and a clothes airer.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. There is a no smoking policy in this property and no pets, smoking is permitted outside.

The property is suitable for couples, families, golfers.

Welcome packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee of glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals (outside of the summer period) when the shops are not open

“Family Reunion with Los Balcones”

Arrived to find the villa needing a good clean, and pool filter broken, couldn’t use pool for 3 days.

Response from the manager Thank you for this feedback, however the pool being broken was beyond our control as we had to order and await for a new pump. The owner recognized this and refunded you 50% of your holiday for the inconvenience caused.

Really lovely villa, has everything you need. Shops and bars all within walking distance. Lots of space for a big group of people... really looking forward to staying here again

How do damage deposits work?
