Villa Eulalia Romero is a hidden gem. A newly built modern property tucked away in a private urbanisation of Mal Pas in Alcudia.
The villa offers a relaxing atmosphere, very neutral with an exquisite touch and modern trimmings along with air-conditioning and wifi throughout.
The property sleeps up to 8 with 4 good sized bedrooms. One ground floor bedroom with views over the pool area, a free standing wardrobe and a double bed. Next to the downstairs bedroom you have the downstairs bathroom with a good-sized power shower.
Leading along the long light corridor next to the ground floor bedroom you have the large open planned lounge - dining room and kitchen. The lounge has large patio doors, which lead out to the back terrace where you can find the chill out sofas, and a good size garden area. The lounge is a perfect place to relax and watch TV or a quiet zone while still having views to the 8x4 pool and grass area to keep an eye on the little ones.
This kitchen is fully-equipped and fitted with all the mod cons a villa requires. It has a huge breakfast bar, which separates the lounge area from the kitchen.
Leading back out of the kitchen and up the floating staircase you will find straight ahead of you another bathroom, exactly like the downstairs one with the same style and layout.
Next to the bathroom you will find the 2 single good size bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each and fitted wardrobes with a modern style. From both bedrooms and also the master bedroom you have large patio doors with access out onto the massive balcony looking over the back of the property where you will find another chill out area. A great place at the end of each day to sit and catch the last ray’s of sun before it heads down behind the gorgeous Tramuntana mountains which run along the north west side of Mallorca.
Leading back through into the master bedroom you will find a large double bed with a dream walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The bedroom is divided by a partisan wall, which you are able to enter from either side of the bed around into the breathtaking bathroom area where you have a hydro bath and walk in jet shower and double washbasin. Separate to the bathroom you have a sliding door to the WC for privacy.
This large light modern property truly has everything to offer for a lovely relaxing holiday. With gorgeous beaches, a few local restaurants, and a great cocktail bar with the best panoramic view over the Alcudia and Port de Pollensa bay less than 2 km away from the villa, it's truly one not to miss.

To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address.
Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
