Designed by an architect, decorated and arranged by the owner who is passionate about interior design, this villa with clean lines and modern design, with private heated pool, gym, relaxation area with spa is perfect for holidays or exceptional stays in the heart of the Drôme. A modern and contemporary place with high-end services, an atypical property on the rental market in Drôme Provençale ... From the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the villa constituting the parking space, we enter a stay spacious 60m2, fully open on the terrace with large windows ... This beautiful living room with clean lines consists of an entrance with large wall cupboards, integrated sliding doors and a lounge area equipped with comfortable leather sofas, a dining area and finally a modern kitchen open to the living room. Very modern of course, this open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. Equipped with large sliding windows, the living room opens directly onto a large paved terrace and the pool. The house has been designed to accommodate groups of 12 people maximum, consisting of 6 luxury rooms of over 30m2, a gym, a large area of 100 m2 with a kitchen open to living room and a lounge area dedicated to relaxation with breathtaking views of the heated outdoor mirror pool.
