The HOUSE is 10 minutes walk to the beach & 10min drive to Dunns River Falls & 15 min to Ocho Rios centre. Close to Jamaica's best known attractions, and within walking distance to some of the best shopping and night life in all St Anns Jamaica. Enjoy

3 bedrooms with 4 beds, 2.5 bathrooms with a large living and dining room there's also a comfortable out door sitting area for smokers. Come and enjoy my holiday home in The Palms at Richmond Estate, St. Ann, Jamaica.

How do damage deposits work?

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
