Please call or email for availability. Location, Location, Location!!! Come to The Copper Top! Walk to town from this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath ocean view beach house with private pool. Walk to restaurants, mini golf, arcade, fishing pier, ice cream and beach shops. Beach access is just a diagonal walk across the street! This house is a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the great views. The kitchen and living area are on the top floor. Address - 33 E. 1st Street

Golfers-Some of the greatest golf courses in the world are within 10 miles! We have 2 family rooms - so let the kids have their own space!! One family room is a game room with a bumper pool table that converts to a poker table & a separate Foosball table!! We have the Ocean Isle Beach Community Center at our Beach Access. The only beach access with bathrooms on the island. M-F they provide great FREE activities for kids from 10am- 12 noon. Volley ball and Bocci Ball available at community center. The house is top shelf in every way!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Lynne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
