Traditional flint cottage in the village of Docking with off road parking, there is a shop, pub and fish & chip shop in the village. Ideal location to visit the local area. 4 miles from the beach. 6 miles from Sandringham. The property has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bathroom upstairs with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There is an open fireplace in the sitting room and washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.

“Our April hol”
Lovely cottage, very cosy. Love our horsey friend who greats us every morning. Front garden is a nice little sun trap. Only thing that let it down was the double mattress was very hard and I suffered with my back. Very enjoyable stay

“Beautiful quaint cottage with pleasant surprise...”
Throughly enjoy our stay... Comfortable clean and cosy. Biscuits and milk and coffee was provided. Personal highlight for me was the horse waiting to greet us outside the kitchen Will definitely stay again

“Quaint and roomy 2 bed cottage”
Nice little cottage tucked away in a quiet area. Quite a roomy 2 bed cottage with some nice touches. Good central location in North Norfolk with some very nice beaches and eating places. Good value. Would come again.
