Description

A brand new spacious three bedroom sunny penthouse on the 4th floor fully furnished and enjoying two large front terraces ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The penthouse is located in a quiet cul de sac residential street, which is not far from the village centre, beach and amenities.

This property is fully equipped with all the necessary day to day amenities. It consists of three spacious and comfortable double bedrooms one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. There is a family bathroom with bath and flexible shower head, a large kitchen with appliances and a comfortable living area with two leather sofas and 42 inch TV.

All rooms enjoy large windows or doors leading to the front and back terraces. Two bedrooms and the kitchen enjoy lovely sea views of Marsascala. There is also a secure 1 car garage located underneath the apartment included in the price. . The penthouse is served with a lift which is accessible from the street level and also from the garage.

The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that you leave the apartment clean and take care of it, just as if it were your own home.

“Nice, clean apartment with lovely view view of Marsascala bay from the rear balcony.”

Nice new apartment with everything clean and in working order. Not the best location for reaching other beaches and attractions as generally the roads are busy. Marsacala has places for eating around the bay that are not expensive, Pizza by Luca being our favourite. Jason very quick to respond to any communication. Some minor finishing touches to be done to apartment but otherwise good apartment.
