Brand new modern furnished studio apartment in home with expansive desks to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The ground floor has a private studio apartment with bathroom and fully furnished kitchen. The home can be rented for main floor only/studio apartment only or both as interior entrances to each are separate. WiFi and satellite TV is included. This home is located in the new development of Dolphin Run at Tradewinds and is a short walk to the restaurants and dive shops of Utila.

This is a brand new home finished in October 2015 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper floor and private studio apartment located on the ground level. Located in the newly developed Dolphin Run area of Tradewinds (closest to town) and is only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, shops and dive shops on Utila. The studio apartment is great for 2 people - the queen bed has a great novaform covered mattress for the best night sleep you will ever have!!

The studio apartment is well appointed and tastefully furnished with comfort and modern conveniences in mind. The kitchen is well equipped and appointed with stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dishes and cutlery. Granite countertops can be found throughout the studio apartment.

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from inside and out! Large windows and French doors bring the outside in. Spend your time enjoying the views of Roatan and mainland Honduras while relaxing on the expansive patios on all sides of the home. The studio is equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans when wanting to enjoy the ocean breezes.

All linens, bath and beach towels, cutlery & silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker and toaster are provided. WiFi and satellite TV is included.

Shore diving and snorkeling are available to you right outside your door. On island hosts are also available to assist in arranging fishing trips, diving, snorkeling and other activities around the island. At the end of the day, wash your gear in outdoor station as well as outdoor shower.

Main floor & studio apartment can be rented together or separately as each has own private and secure entrance. Studio apartment is approximately 400 sq ft and main floor is approximately 1400 sq ft. In addition each level features approximately 900 sq ft of covered patio/decks.
