If you are ready for a fun filled gathering of friends and family or a relaxed weekend away Ma-Ria's Farmhouse is just for you! You will find us at the foot of the Magalies Mountains nestled on a working farm. Here you will experience farm life and the wonderful outdoors that South Africa offers.

Bring your family and friends for an unforgettable break from city life. We also have a pool with a great view of the animals and the Magalies mountain range.

The farmhouse sleep maximum 13 people in 5 bedrooms. This house is suitable for family and friends who do not mind sharing and enjoy being close to each other, yet all the rooms are private.

The original farmhouse 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is more than enough space for some to watch tv in the lounge and the other guests to have a great time in the entertainment area, all leading onto the courtyard where there is a private braai area and large garden surrounding the farmhouse.

We also have a self catering garden flat sleeping an additional 4 people in 2 bedrooms to help if your group are up to 17 people. The garden flat has a bathroom with bath and shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery for 6 guests, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. You just bring you own food and drinks, coffee and milk and you will have all as if you are staying in your own little home away from home.

There is a common pool 50m away from the house with a great view of the mountain range, guest must bring their own swimming towels.

Bring comfortable shoes for a walk amongst all the domestic animals. Should you be a keen mountain biker there are approximately 50km of gravel road surrounding our farm with a steep climb up Breedts Nek.

“Rustic, affordable and close to Joburg”
