One luminous panoramic sea view large double bedroom with open space wooden roof and a door leading to a large verandah. One bath/shower bathroom with sunset and landscape view. One bright, panoramic pool/sea view, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area (with full cooking facilities including microwave), with a sofa bed, a unique open stone-built fireplace and an open space wooden roof. Sliding patio doors open to a large verandah. A connecting door and a flight of stairs lead downstairs to the ground floor.

Sleeps 6 (1 double, 3 singles, 1 sofa) : One pool/sea view flexible double/twin bedroom (Bedroom 1) with en-suite shower bathroom. One single bedroom (Bedroom 2) with patio view and one pool/sea view double bedroom (Bedroom 3) sharing a shower bathroom. One spacious panoramic pool/sea view kitchen, dining, living area (with full cooking facilities including microwave and a dishwasher), with a sofa bed and sliding patio doors (ground floor entrance) that open to the outdoor area.

Tiled patio leads from the parking area to the upper floor, ground floor, barbeque-dining area and pool area. The upper floor verandah leads through a few marble steps down to the pool and barbeque-dining area. Barbeque-dining terrace is a shady spot ideal not only for dining, but also for gazing out to sea, reading and enjoying a morning coffee under the presence of a beautiful blue-green landscape. Four steps down lead to the pool area located at the main view of the villa. The infinity edge of the pool offers a breathtaking sea view while swimming. The wide variety of Lefkada flora around the villa and the blue pallet of sky-sea create a picturesque moment to remember.
