Upstairs: 2 luxury apartments, including a private for the owner, the 2nd comprising: an entrance, a kitchen open to a living room, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one overlooking the terrace, bathroom, toilet, a large terrace to take your breakfast, relax or relax on 2 chairs at your disposal.
