You'll love my place because of the atmosphere, the sea and all bay of the ancient town of Vis.
Enjoy stunning sea views over the bay Fish in apartment above the sea (200m) located in the beautiful old part of "Bounty Island" from Croatia, island of Vis!
Our two apartments "Buenavista" (on the other page) apartment and "Vintage Sea View" roof studio (the very upper house, 2 floors, combined the two apartments for a larger group or family, max 7 persons., Or 4 and 3 persons per each apartment separately) have three stars -. with wifi internet, air conditioning and heating, terrace and is located in the beautiful old part of the old town center of island Vis - city called Cὐnt (Angle).
The apartment / house is located only + - 200 meters from the old town center and 500m from the sea, 1st beach and walking along the sea routes and the bike trail / mountain hiking route starts directly above the house. The house stands above the town so that even remains very quiet in the middle of summer around the house and remains very close. It is an old natural wood and stone house built in traditional Dalmatian style. Friendly and safe traffic environment. Garden / terrace is available for guests. Each floor / apartment + - 48m2 in size. In our studio roof "Vintage Sea View" We have a hot tub for two, extra cozy for couples and especially outside summer season. "Vintage Sea View" roof studio apartment is one large open loft kiinda space with wooden roof and stone walls, windows on all four sides with a fantastic view over the city bay, open sea, mountain and nature, with all in there for one traveler , a couple or a small family of 3. There is a kitchenette, a hot tub for 2, toilet / bathroom, air conditioning / heating and TV. Unique design of this loaft robbery studio apartment all in wood and stone makes it special in many ways. It combines old and new, all in one, as it is an old classic Mediterranian house, fully renovated recently fitting perfectly in the tradition and culture of the Island Mediterranian genuine life style and surounding of the old city center-which our house is a monumental or part. There's lots of history there and all over the Island to be visited, starting from Old Greek Town Issae / Issa (Vis), about the English Navy Fort George (17-19th ct), well known nightclub and terrace with amazing sea view till 2nd WW general Patton's secret, hidden B56-s airport in the mountain helping pilots to find rescue on Their way to Sicily base back then. There is ook Einglish old Navy veteran cemetary near old church St. George, just 20min sea side walk from our house.
There are two apartments, one above the other available, very upper house with terrace (in high season + - 15 July until with + - 25 Aug possible with other guests) connected with a staircase hall, a larger group of up to 7 people. or for smaller group each apartment is separate unit, up to 4 people Buena Vista apartment and 3 press. Size of each (2) property is about 50m2 and is located on the first floor of the house in the 4th row above the sea and the beautiful old city center.
1st apt. has 1 bedroom, 1 dining / living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 pers.
Living / dining room connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with fridge, freezer, kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.
All rooms in the apartment have windows with views of the sea and the bay Fish!
Ample free public parking is located 300 meters from the apartment.
Small rocky beach is about 200 meters far from the apartment and larger public beach is about 1500 meters away.
Market, restaurants and cafes are nearby (500 meters).
Please note that most of the restaurants and all of the bars in this part of town only work during the tourist season (May to October), so out of season this is definitely a perfect place for those who want to enjoy a very peaceful and quiet area, surrounded by the sea and nature.
The town center with supermarkets is about 500 meters away. The harbor is about 1 km far from the apartment.
The apartment is just 200 meters from the sea in the walking zone, so there is no traffic.
