Description
Villa located in Verdizela, a quiet residential area in a pine forest, in Aroeira zone, perfect to enjoy nature, sound of birds or walks, is just 20 km away from Lisbon, 5 minutes to the white sand beaches "Fonte da Telha" up until "Costa da Caparica", and beside "Aroeira Golf Club", with two 18 hole golf courses.
The pool is with saltwater, heated except in July and August, has depth ranging from 1m deep to 2.3m deep on the side of the diving board.
You can enjoy the garden with a magnificent sun exposure and dining area, make pleasant meals in the barbecue, relax in the sun beds or use the various games and amusements like 4 bicycles, outdoor games such as balls, rackets, volleyball net, trampoline, ping pong, some table games and outside in about 300m, there are tennis and padel courts.
We will be glad to help you, if you want, what you must visit in the surround region and Lisbon.
- The whole garden, pool and games area are at the back of the villa.
- We are in an annexed part of the house, basically in the basement (with a private entrance through the front)
You will have total privacy in the house and the entire pool and garden for your use only.
There is pool towels, towels, bed sheets, bath products, Kitchen utensils, fully equipped, etc...

“Fantastic Family Villa”
We (family of 4) stayed in the villa for a week in July 2018. A great location with access to local beaches, Lisbon and also within easy reach of Comporta for a day trip. The villa was clean with great facilities, our sons enjoyed the table tennis, pool and badminton. The owners (Monica & Husband) were on hand to give helpful advice, extremely nice people.
