Luxury ground floor apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped.
With own private garden with direct access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, showers, playground, sport facilities & green area.
With air conditioning or heating in the whole house, secure WiFi and Satellite TV. Completely furnished and equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
2 bathrooms: each with a toilet, sink, shower and floor heating
Outside area: private garden with table, chairs & loungers to the south with view to the pools and green area. A second private terrace by the entrance to the north.
Supermarket, bars and restaurants can be reached by foot (5-10 min. walk).
Several beautiful beaches & golf clubs can be reached within 10 min drive.
You will find a private parking place in the underground garage.

“beautiful and comfy apartment”
We had a great time at this luxe apartment. It has everything you want for a holiday. Good beds, everything is very clean, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a large fridge, diswasher, a washing machine (so you don't have to bring lots of clothes), a great garden with view at the pool. Because of the good weather we could sit and eat outside the whole day. When it is too hot for you to sit in the sun, there is a large parasol on the terrace. For your groceries, daily fresh bread or some restaurants or pubs, it is a 10 minutes walk. A very large shopping mal with lots of restaurants and playground for the kids is in a 10 minutes ride. And in only a few minutes you can ride to serveral beautiful large or small (what you prefer) beach. So a nice place for everyone.
