La proprietà è situata nella città di Ravello (SA), ma la cittadina più vicina e più facilmente raggiungibile è Minori ( a soli 500 metri ), situata nella splendida Costiera Amalfitana,un'area dichiarata patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO per la bellezza dei suoi paesaggi. La struttura,molto particolare, bella e adorabile è unica e riconoscibile tra tutte le abitazioni della Costiera Amalfitana
Appartamento indipendente, ubicato in una storica villa prestigiosa, con una superficie totale di oltre 83 metri quadrati, gode di una vista panoramica di 180 °direttamente sul mare . Wi-fi gratuito interno alla casa ed esterno in terrazza.
Parcheggio gratuito nella struttura per n. 1 posto auto di piccolo / medio ingombro. Ha un ascensore che conduce direttamente nell'appartamento, quest'ultima peculiarità rara e unica in Costiera Amalfitana. Ci sono anche le scale esterne che conducono all'appartamento.
Il soggiorno è climatizzato. La cucina, sebbene non molto spaziosa, è completamente attrezzata, estremamente confortevole e gode di una splendida vista diretta sul mare.
N. 2 bagni (lavandino, wc, bidet, doccia), arredati con tipiche e preziose piastrelle artigianali di Vietri.
La zona notte si trova su un piano rialzato a cui si accede tramite una piccola scala composta da soli 10 gradini. Qui sono ubicate le due camere da letto separate (entrambe con vista mare e dotate di aria condizionata regolabile autonomamente), una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale alla francese ( 140 cm x 190 cm ) . C'è la possibilità , di allestire uno o due ulteriori posti letto . Per tale esigenza , si prega di formulare con anticipo una eventuale richiesta . Non sarà applicato nessun sovrapprezzo.
C’è una lavanderia con lavabo e lavatrice.
Splendida terrazza ad uso esclusivo di 150 mq, con vista diretta sul mare a 180 °, attrezzata con lettini, tavolo da pranzo , sedie, poltrone e divanetto.Vi è anche una praticissima doccia esterna con acqua calda. La piscina, in esclusiva ,ha una profondità di 1,30 metri.La sua funzione è quella di consentire agli ospiti di rilassarsi appieno , sedendosi sulla seduta interna , bevendo un buon drink ghiacciato e godendosi un riposante idromassaggio .
L’accesso privato al mare con piattaforma in cemento è condivisa con gli altri ospiti della struttura ( al massimo altre 4/6 persone) , ma può naturalmente essere sfruttata in esclusiva nei momenti di assenza di altre persone sulla stessa .
Dal 1 aprile al 31 ottobre, il costo della tassa di soggiorno per il Comune di Ravello, sarà pari a Euro 3 a persona al giorno, per un massimo di 7 giorni . Per i minori di anni 16 non verrà richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno.
Nel rispetto della legge italiana , per i periodi di soggiorni lunghi sarà necessario firmare un contratto vincolante al momento del check-in che non comporterà assolutamente nessun costo aggiuntivo.
Elettricità / aria condizionata inclusa nel prezzo fino a 100 kWh, per consumi ulteriori , oltre la soglia dei 100kwh , verrà addebitato un importo di € 1,00 per ogni kWh successivo , pagabile in contanti al momento del check out , previa verifica da parte dell’ospite sul contatore dell’energia elettrica. L’energia elettrica impiegata dalla struttura è energia al 100% derivante da fonti green rinnovabili .
La piscina sarà operativa dal 1 maggio al 30 settembre anche in funzione delle condizioni climatiche.
L'accesso privato alla piattaforma sul mare sarà consentito dal 1 maggio al 30 settembre , e sempre in funzione delle condizioni climatiche .
-Il deposito cauzionale ammonterà ad € 300 da versare al momento della prenotazione.
- Il costo per la pulizia e sanificazione finale di tutta la casa e del terrazzo con impiego di prodotti certificati, e del lavaggio e sterilizzazione di lenzuola, asciugamani e tovaglie da bagno, per ogni soggiorno, ammonta a € 120. Questa somma, se non è già stata contabilizzata e pagata nei costi di prenotazione , è obbligatoria da pagare in contanti al check-in. Verrà rilasciata apposita quietanza di pagamento.
Il personale che effettuerà le semplici operazioni di check in e check out è stato vaccinato contro il Covid19 .

Response from the owner I'm sorry you had a discomfort for the bathroom, but I think it is well specified in my announcement where it is specified that the third bedroom is located outside the structure (6 meters from the central body of the house) and is equipped with a bathroom classified service.Infatti, in the indication of the type of the third bathroom is specified that it has no shower, but only sink, toilet bowl and bidet. I received a reservation for 4 people, you came in only 2 (sorry for the other couple), and I would never have thought, with two independent bedrooms and two independent bathrooms complete with shower that you would have decided to arrange one in the house and the other outside. Also because, once you find that in the third bathroom there is not was the shower, nothing prevented to change room and move to the bedroom located in the house and take advantage of the comfort of the second bathroom that has remained unused.I am amazed, I do not know what to say except that I'm sorry.But I do not believe or to have any guilt. We always try to give the maximum comfort and availability always meeting the needs of guests, but unfortunately, in this case, even if you would have asked for our help or advice, and you have not done, nor have I received complaints throughout the duration your stay, we really could not do anything about where common sense did not prevail.Really sorry. Response from the owner Thanks for the nice review. You're perfectly right, my is not a big pool. It's a little over six feet long and definitely not enough for a swim but it is born to cool off, to converse sitting in the water and enjoy the whirlpool while drinking a good iced drink. But on the other hand, just take a few stairs and from the terrace you will access directly to the beach deck. And there you can swim long and wide. I hope to see you again . From next year I will also manage another home in the same building. Its name is "The small castle of the Moors II °", has 6 beds and is much larger as a dwelling, even if it has a smaller terrace. You have a good taste of the kitchen is a bit small even if equipped with all the comforts, but I remember it is a historic house and has a constraint imposed by the ministry and the sovereignty of cultural goods. So nothing was possible to modify anything and the architect was able to surprise me with the spaces he created. Fortunately, it is very airy with a direct view of the sea and a side glass door through which you access directly on the large terrace. I have another real estate unit in the same building called "The small castle of the Moors II". Here you can find a very wide kitchen, fully habitable, always full of light and with fabulous direct sea view. The whole house here is larger and spacious, but has a smaller garden.
