Description
Maison authentique Ardèchoise dans le centre du village de VAGNAS de 80m2. Maison entière en tant que gite. Avec entrée séjour cuisine ouverte, salon dans la cave en pierre. A l'étage deux belles chambres et la salle de bain avec douche et toilettes. Une chambre avec lit double parentale avec surmatelas en mémoire de forme, et une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples et 1 matelas extra en plus. Dans le salon télévision avec décodeur et lecteur dvd, jeux, livres, puzzles.
Situation tranquille entre Barjac (4km) et Vallon Pont d'arc (8km). Se garer gratuitement devant la maison est possible, pratique pour décharger.
Pas d'extérieur attenant à la maison, dans le village il y a un air de jeu avec balançoires, toboggan, table de ping pong et cage à foot.
Pour non fumeur sans animaux uniquement.

Een ruime ouderkamer met dubbelbed en vélux met hoog plafond, een kinderkamer met 2 enkele bedden. Extra matras en clicclac in de salon.
Heel rustig gelegen in het dorp Vagnas, op 8 km van Vallon Pont d'Arc en 4 km van Barjac. Parkeren kan net voor het huisje. Zonder balkon of tuin of terras. Er is wel een speelzone in het dorp met pingpong tafel, voetbal terrein, schommels en speeltjes. Kinderspellen, leesboeken.

“Excellent séjour”
Maison spacieuse, propre et idéalement située ( pont de l’arc, grottes....). L’installation s’est faite sans aucuns problèmes.
