Las Colinas Golf course is ranked number 58 in the top 100 European Golf Course and holds the honour of “Best Spanish Golf Course” and best Villa Resort 2015 and 2016.  We are now very happy to offer you the opportunity to rent one of the fantastic signature villas set in the Acacia community of this superb development.  The moment you enter this private development, you will feel totally relaxed with your surroundings from the lush vegetation of the course to the amazingly stylish clubhouse where you will find the Enzo Sushi Bar as well as a first class restaurant and cafe bar.  There is a gymnasium, tennis courts, nature trail and falconry centre where you can actually “fly” the birds.  Should you want to get some sunshine at the beach, take advantage of the Las Colinas Beach club with excellent facilities and infinity pool overlooking the golden sandy beach at Campoamor.

This luxurious villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and enjoys a prime location in a gated green community at the end of a culture de sac so there will be no traffic to disturb your relaxation.  Constructed and finished to the highest specification, this villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the landscaped gardens with private covered parking for two cars and a shared bathroom with walk in shower.  The hallway provides easy access to the bedrooms, bathroom and a utility room with washing machine etc.  From here, a feature staircase leads to the fantastic open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen area and has ample patio doors to the front and side of the lounge giving access the private swimming pool and terrace.  All the external shutters, internal blinds, air conditioning, under floor heating and internal and external lighting can be controlled from the central control panel in the lounge or the individual panels in the bedrooms.  This level also houses the master bedroom suite which has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and again, this bedroom has direct access to the 1st floor balcony and terrace which runs alongside the lounge area.  The fully fitted kitchen is hidden away in the dining area behind sliding shutters and all the appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher and oven are all hidden behind integrated doors.

With plenty of storage and luxurious accommodation, this villa is sure to be a favourite for 2017 and beyond !

“Great Villa Holiday”

We just had two great weeks at the Villa which is within the Las Colinas golf course. Firstly we would like to say that the service we received from Steve and Angela who were excellent arranging the booking, collecting us from the airport, showing us around the villa on arrival and being on hand to sort out a couple of minor issues we had during our stay. The Villa is modern, clean and has everything you need. The pool and outside area was very tidy with enough sun loungers and room with an unexpected bonus of a table tennis. The area where the villa is located was very quiet and was also a short walk from a large communal pool, which we could use. Excellent food at the club house and it was handy having a small supermarket on site. A car is essential in our view and also means you can explore the coastline which is about a 15 min drive from the Villa. We had a great two weeks and based on our experience would recommend this villa and the management company.
