Villa Grazia is a semi detached house with private garden.

The living area consists of living room, kitchen, 1 half bathroom.

The sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with double bed with air Conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 single bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower.

Accessories: hob with 4 burners, oven, fridge, washing machine, TV. Cot available on request.

Outdoor: 2 terraces, garden with outdoor furniture and gazebo, parking space.

Distances:

300 meters from the beach of Capo Grosso, 1 km from the nearest village (Marina di Camerota), restaurants, a few hundred meters, Palinuro 7 km.

Response from the manager Buongirno, La ringrazio per aver lasciato una recensione, per noi sono molto importanti, ci aiutano a migliorare e a garantire ai clienti una vacanza serena. Villa Grazia è situata in un ottima posizione , vicinissima al mare , con ampi spazi esterni e giardino ben curato. Internamente, arredi semplici e confortevoli, adatti ad una classica casa Vacanze, vicino al mare.. Al check in-, dopo aver fatto l'accoglienza, viene comunicato sempre al cliente di riferire eventuali problematiche al Signor Piergianni, refernete della casa, sempre pronto ad interventire con la sua gentilezza e disponbilità. Ma questi problemi riscontrati ne. a noi agenzia, e ne al Signor Piergianni sono stati mai stati segnalati duranete la permanenza in casa. Se non ci viene data la possibilità di intervenire, data la mancanza di comunicazione. come si può rimediare? non ci viene data così la possibilità purtroppo. Riguardo il condizionatore, non è presente in casa,come da desrizione pubblicata sui vari siti. Zanzare Killer...purtroppo non sapevamo ugualmente che avevate difficoltà a stare in giardino per via delle punture di insetto, potevamo fornirvi qualche prodotto adatto se l'avessimo saputo.Purtroppo con il forte caldo e inevitabile che le zanzare non ci vengano a far visita.. Ci teniamo a ribadire sempre ai nostri clienti di comunicare qualsisi tipo di necessità DURANTE LA PERMANENZA IN CASA e non dopo, in modo da poter rimediare in quel che si può naturalmente.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
