Description

Our self contained Tuscan inspired cottage with loft, sits nestled amongst beautiful informal gardens and is a blending of rural and artistic aesthetic. Delight in the multitude of birdlife that inhabit the gardens, observe the cows as they quietly graze or simply relax on the verandah.

Conveniently located on the Bruxner Hwy, half way between Lismore and Tenterfield and close to the small village of Mallanganee sits Wishsong, a delightful self contained cottage nestled in amongst much loved gardens. The cottage comprises a queen-size bed, lounge and kitchenette whilst the bathroom lies hidden behind a set of french doors. An upstairs loft area is primarily for relaxing and simply getting away from it all. Access to the loft is via a steep staircase so is not suitable for those with limited mobility. There is a wide selection of books and DVD’s. Outside in the undercover car-parking area, a game of table tennis or darts can be had. There is also access to a gas BBQ. Mobile coverage at this stage is only available via the Telstra network and internet via WiFi (albeit a little slow at times) is accessible in the cottage.

Absolutely loved this little cottage. The sound of the kookaburras every morning was delightful. Very well thought out space. Loved the rustic decor. A pleasure.
