Price listed is per one PRIVATE BEDROOM for two persons only.
Villa can be rented entirely on request.
The house is only four meters from the sea in Prcanj near Kotor. The house is squaring 497 m on a plot of 1570 m2. It has four parking spaces in the yard. The basement of the house in which there is a sauna and winery. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and gym. A pool measuring 11x4 m as well as technical room with accessories smart home system ( cameras, fire alarm, daikin steam heating).
