4 bedroom spacious villa kitchen fully fitted all appliances ,microwave ,cooker ,toaster, kettle ,b.b.q , pots and crockery ,washing machine ,nice views on balconies private pool Very quiet area, 5 mins to beach, local dolmas stops ( bus ) nice walk to bars and restaurants very close . Many ancient ruins to visit , local sat market ,with lots of bargains, boat trips jet skiing, jeep safaris , 1 hour 10 mins from Bodrum airport .1 hour 20 mins from Izmir airport .

Response from the owner The villa is not out dated we have just had all downstairs and out side painted in April ,had new marble worktops cooker oven and fridge freezer it has had a deep clean prior to your arrival and as you requested the cleaner came in again ,the emergency cleaner [ Clare) is my friend not a cleaner . ‘ she did not walk away cos it was filthy ‘ . This is total twaddle. The villa has all cleaning products ‘’ despite you said there was none ‘’ even though you contradicted yourself by saying they were easily accessible to children .the cabinet in the bathroom has all the cleaning products all the beds were made up ready with extra bedding in the wardrobes .I have replied to every text and message you have sent me and solved every problem you had . Quote ‘ you sent me a pic of your partner and a text with thumbs up that every thing was ok . Quote the pool is not broken it has had a new pump and filtration system in April, Bill or yourself at no stage has any authority to touch down in the pump room it is the professional pool man’s job who comes daily apart from bayran which was one day in the pump room the timer has been ripped out .and the wires were ripped out and left dangling .We were informed by the pool man that he had to remove human feaces the pump was struggling to work on another accasion as clothes were stuck in the skimmer , We have shutters bars and locks on most of the windows . No sharp items at all in the villa .there is no way we could fit safety gates on a spiral stairwell .the tv channels under no circumstances has first Catagory unrestricted accessible hard core pornography .we do not have control over the internet or smart tv after supplying you on request the pass word .an IT professional would know this .The chairs in the dining room are not damaged The pool hatch is left slightly ajar for air circulation all pools are the same, you should never leave a child un supervised around a pool. The electrics were checked before your arrival and completely safe .we have have had them checked on your departure and the timers have been tampered with they are all sealed units and all the screws were removed .If food or drink is spilt and not cleaned up regularly the ants will come needless to any infestation .Under no circumstances does any one live in our villa. The jacuzzi does work you press the button not turn .In the bottom of the jacuzzi is not ‘’ filth ‘’ it’s lime scale marks . IT IS A SEA VIEW but not by the sea . Depending on which beach you walk to it will take between 5 and 25 mins to walk as there are numerous little beaches around also depends on how able you are and how many children you have. The resin on the kitchen worktops has also been damaged ,video evidence and photos of the damage and the ‘’ beyond cleaning items’’ we can send to you . The air con has been used 24/7 ‘’ hence the electric bill ‘’ the reason why they are on timers hence the expense and being left on 24/7 .I have never had an electric bill so high in 16 yrs . Considering all the complaints you have raised and supposed issues with the villa you stayed for the four week duration of your planned visit - if all your complaints were true why did you not get a full refund from trip advisor and find alternative accommodation? You were in daily contact with us, each day presenting a new problem/issue and seemed happy with the solutions given at the time. I only can think of the bad review and lies is to damaged cause and your deposit being with held .
