El departamento tiene una bonita y moderna decoración; su orientación permite gozar de frescos veranos y cálidos inviernos y disfrutar del silencio y la quietud del paisaje con vistas a los bosques y a las playas de Algarrobo norte. Tiene mallas de seguridad en todas las ventanas y terraza. Internet con Wi-Fi ilimitado. Acceso expedito desde Santiago, a 96 kilómetros del Aeropuerto Arturo Merino Benítez de Santiago.
