Description

The Caribbean Resort is the nicest condo on Navarre Beach. It is the only building with just 3 condos per floor and 2 high speed elevators. Featuring a beautiful pool and two hot tubs and a brand new extra wide composite dune walk over with no steps and a sunset viewing seating area at the high point over the dunes.

My Gulf front condo features floor to ceiling windows offering a 270 view from the living room and dining room. It is an East end unit.

A 65" HD Apple Smart TV is in the living room with DVD. The master bedroom has a 43" Swivel TV with a lounge chair viewing area. A large bath with twin vanities and oversized Jacuzzi Tub.

The second bedroom features two double beds a flat wall mounted tv and its own full bath. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Dining for six and four bar stools. Full sized washer and dryer and ice making refrigerator.

This is the only Navarre condo with glass railings on the gulf front patio.

If Jerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
