Description

Casa Caprichosa is centrally situated in the La Marina urbanisation. Only a short 5 minute walk to the square with lots of quality restaurants, bars, take-aways and supermarkets. Casa Caprichosa is close to some of the longest stretches of beautiful sandy beaches which run from Santa Pola to Guardamar.

The spacious detached villa is set on a large corner plot, with surrounding walls for privacy. There is a covered terraced area for anyone who need a rest from the sun and to the rear of the villa is a BBQ and seating area for al fresco dining. The villa has two kitchens and two lounges. There is a sofa bed in the ground floor lounge that will accommodate an extra two people if required to bring the occupancy up to 8 people.

Casa Caprichosa has fast 8Mb broadband and Sky TV with a BluRay/DVD player.

I bought Casa Caprichosa in 2014 as a holiday home for ourselves and family. We have since moved permanently to live in Spain in the countryside, and have now decided to rent our lovely villa to guests.

We picked this particular property both for its close proximity to Alicante airport, and because La Marina Urbanisation has a good mix of locals and expats from all over the world.

Casa Caprichosa is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night!

Casa Caprichosa is central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes. The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away.

La Marina is close to the N322, which is the main coastal road in Costa Blanca which you can go north to places like Benidorm or Denia or south to Guardamar & La Zenia.

“Lovely Villa”

We had a fantastic 6 week stay here. The villa is a true home from home. The owner Liz has just about thought of everything you could possibly need. The entire place was absolutely spotless & immaculately presented. We had been left a very generous welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated. Such a lovely gesture!! Needless to say we would definitely return, infact we've already booked for next year. Thank you Liz, very pleasant owner and a pleasure to deal with!
