Situated in the residential area of La Gaulette, this newly renovated penthouse is part of a condominium of 3 interconnecting houses sharing garden space and common swimming pool.

For undisrupted view, giving on a fantastic veranda, the place is 1 huge open space, comprising of kitchen, living & bed room with en-suite bathroom. Down stairs, there is the 2nd bedroom & en-suite shower room.

Preserved from touristic development, La Gaulette is a small fishing village popular for its authenticity and its proximity to the West most beautiful stretches of sandy beaches.

Listed on UNESCO World Heritage, the magnificent Le Morne in premium sight is also internationally known for the Kite Surfing Spot.

We literally had a heart crush for this property. We felt in love with the stunning sea view, on both Le Morne and L’ile aux Benitiers, and with this spacious house full of charming potential.

Freshly renovated, we made 3 very spacious and non-identical terraced houses of this beautiful property. Each house has its own stamp, making them unique. Thus, the adjoining rooms can be redistributed to the different houses to accommodate your needs.

In this way and according to availability, it is also possible to book for the 3 houses to accommodate more than 12 people and to enjoy to the fullest the swimming pool and garden with family and friends.

Free of charge, Baby Cots are available on request,(so it doesn’t clutter the room if not needed).

Although having the cleaning equipment at your disposal for your own use during your stay, it is possible at extra cost to organise for a cleaning lady and / or a cook to help with it. Just ask!

In addition, we can also offer car rental services and airport transfer.

Getting around

We advise you rent a car to be able to visit the maximum of our beautiful island, and we can happily make arrangement for affordable car rentals. But if you are not planning to rent a car or want a folkloric local experience, it will take you about 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. If you are keen to walk, supermarket and restaurants are within 10 to 20 minutes by foot. (Note that buses don’t run by night)

Indeed, we are lucky to be in a still preserved area of the island, we are surrounded by nature and local fauna that we have to share habitat with; it comes with mosquitos, ants, and other harmless little bugs.
