An elegant apartment located in newly built building, the apartment has been totally renovated and furnished in March 2017, it accommodates up to 5 people comfortably, equipped with all amenities, secure parking space, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, large terrace with sundeck area and food area, fitted kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Located in a particularly served area, a few meters from the Via Appia between Caserta and Santa Maria Capua Vetere. At 100 meters. bakery, deli and bakery, 300 mt. pharmacy, Lidl and Conad supermarket and fast food Mc Donald's Included in the cost of living a 75 cl bottle. Wine Aglianico IGP or a 75 cl bottle. Sparkling Brut Exclusive Gancia (choice upon arrival). Children under 6 are free.

Appartamento funzionale, dotato di confort, vicino ai luoghi di interesse storico/culturale. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi e supermercati. Proprietario molto garbato e disponibile.
