2 Bed Apartment,Edge of Town location,On private Lakeside site ,Own private terrace in front of apartment for use of overlooking lake .Use of private jetty on site for fishing. Not suitable for swimming.

Ideal to visit fermanaghs attractions like The Stairway To Heaven or Marbel Arch Caves.

Adjacent to Ardhowen Theatre only 2 mins walk. Killyhevlin Hotel 10 mins walk, Westville Hotel 10 mins walk ideal for those who have weddings to attend in area.

Apartment has 2 double beds in good sized rooms and a Bathroom with shower.Kitchen is fully equipped with Full oven, gas hob microwave/ convection oven and fridge freezer.

Apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and has a beautiful south facing vista over lough erne.

The apartment is situated walking distance from all shops and restaurants in enniskillen an ideal base for enjoying Enniskillen and fermanagh Lakelands.

It is also an ideal base from where to visit the local tourist attractions or tour Donegal with its beautiful scenery and beaches.

The bus station is 10 mins walk away and shopping etc is only 10 mins away but a car is probably better if you are to have a car to appreciate the sites and countryside

Dora and I live in the adjoining house and will be here to help with info etc if wanted otherwise we like to leave our guests to enjoy the surroundings

“An Amazing appartment in Enniskillen”

This is a lovely, modern, stylish apartment, with great views over a lake and a only a short drive into town. Small touches like Cookies, porridge, and hot chocolate make this stay all that more homely. The apartment is adjoining the main house but with a separate place to part and come in and out. The host is always quick to reply and made check-in and out a breeze. A great stay in Enniskillen if you have a car.
