Description

Can Fuentes est une authentique Finca récemment rénovée, faite d'une partie principale incluant 2 chambres parentales, avec chacune sa salle de bain indépendante, et d'une annexe.

L'annexe est accolée à la partie principale de la maison et inclue également 2 chambres parentales, avec chacune sa salle de bain. L'entrée de ces chambres est indépendante (accès par une baie vitrée). Les deux chambres peuvent également communiquer, via un système de double portes similaire à celui des hotels.

La capacité totale de la villa est de 8 personnes.

Située sur la côte ouest d'Ibiza, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Cala Pinet, Can Fuentes est un petit cocon de tranquilité au milieu d’une zone urbaine offrant toutes les commodités. La propriété est située à 10 min en voiture des plus belles plages de l’Île comme Cala Bassa, Cala D’Hort… Les villes de Sant Antoni, San Josep et Eivissa sont respectivement à 7, 10 et 30 minutes en voiture.

La maison, de plain-pied, a une superficie habitable de 200m2 sur un terrain de 1000m2. Un grand salon lumineux donne, d'un côté, sur un grand patio arboré avec son puits et, de l'autre, sur la terrasse avec piscine. Un coin repas / BBQ, ainsi que deux autres espaces extérieurs complètent le jardin avec citronniers, olivier, prunier, bougainvilliers, hibiscus, jasmin et de nombreuses autres plantes.

Accès au toit solarium.

Toutes sortes de commerces sont accessibles en 5 minutes à pied (restaurants, bars/pubs, salle de sport, location voiture/scooter, supermarchés, boutiques, banques, tabac, sports nautiques...).

Lignes de bus et discobus à 3 min à pieds.

Partie principale de la maison :

•Entrée avec buanderie séparée, lave linge, sèche linge, fer à repasser.

•Grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec frigo américain, four, table à induction, micro-onde, hotte aspirante, îlot central avec double évier et lave vaisselle, machine Nespresso, blender, mixeur, etc.

•Grande salle à manger ouverte sur le salon et l’extérieur.

•Salon avec internet Wi-Fi, wireless Hi-Fi system, TV (chaines locales standards) ouvert sur une terrasse abritée et la piscine.

La location peut convenir aux enfants sachant nager mais la piscine n'étant pas clôturée, nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas d'incident ou d'accident.
Interdiction de fumer à l'intérieur de la maison, aucun problème à l'extérieur.
Afin de respecter le voisinage, nous demandons à nos hôtes de se mettre en mode "silencieux" de 23h à 8h (pas de musique forte, éviter les conversations bruyantes...).
En cas d'arrivée tardive après 21h, un supplément de 50€ sera demandé, 100€ si après 00h.
