Dispone de una terraza de 40 metros cuadrados, el lugar perfecto para tomar el sol, cenar y pasar veladas increibles con su familia y/o amigos. Tiene mesa, 6 sillas, 3 hamacas, sofa con 2 butacas y por dupuesto barbacoa con vistas parciales al mar.
Dispone de un baño con ducha totalmente reformado, 2 habitaciones una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con 2 camas individuales con sus armarios empotrados y sire acondicionado y bomba de calor. La cocina comunica con la sala comedor y esta equipada con frigorífico con congelador, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica, campana de vapor, máquina de café, tostadora, hervidor agua y lavavajillas.
El piso dispone de fibra optica gratis.

La localización del alojamiento es perfecta porque todo lo necesario es accesible a pie: la playa de arena, multitud de restaurantes, cafeterías, una farmacia, droguerías, tiendas, supermercados, bares, una parada de taxis, un centro médico y una parada de bus. Den un paseo por el Paseo Marítimo y siéntese a tomar un café o un helado casero; visite el puerto donde encontrará diferentes tipos de barcos. Desde el puerto salen barcos hacia el faro de Formentor o la playa Formentor. Si os gusta el deporte, puede alquilar bicicletas, hacer windsurf o practicar buceo. En Can Picafort cada viernes hay mercadillo.El bus pasa cada 15 minutos en dirección al pueblo de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença u otras direcciones, como por ejemplo Palma. La playa de arena está a 100 metros de la puerta del alojamiento; basta con bajar la calle. Esta playa es perfecta para niños pequeños ya que no tiene mucha profundidad ni oleaje.
En Ca’n Picafort encontraréis varios restaurantes para cualquier paladar: pescado fresco, buena carne, pizza y pasta, tapas y cocina típica mallorquina. Si solo queréis matar el hambre podéis tomar algo en los muchos bares y cafeterías que hay en la zona y en el paseo marítimo. También hay un montón de tiendas; aparte de las tiendas de ropa, zapatos y souvenirs también encontraréis pequeños supermercados y tiendas de comestibles. Los supermercados grandes están en la carretera en dirección a Artà o hacia Alcúdia. Cerca encontraréis también 2 gasolineras.
En coche o bus podréis ir fácilmente a muchas otras playas: Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia o Puerto de Pollença. El casco antiguo de Alcúdia, con sus calles adoquinadas, merece una visita. Id a las plazas, la iglesia y las murallas que rodean el pueblo. Dentro, un montón de bares y buenos restaurantes son un buen sitio para parar un rato. Los martes y sábados son días de mercado en Alcúdia, que se vuelve un sitio bullicioso y lleno de vida. No olvidéis visitar las ruinas romanas de Pollentia. Id al pueblo de Muro donde podréis disfrutar de la única plaza de toros construida de mares, una fantástica Iglesia y un Museo donde podréis ver como era la vida en Mallorca en el siglo XVIII.

Por la cual dispondrá de la propiedad para su uso de temporada.
