The Parc du Mont Blanc 12 appt is a large chalet style apartment in the centre of Chamonix and has 2/3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6. There is one double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double bed on the mezzanine of this accommodation in Chamonix's Parc Couttet. The master double bedroom has a small private balcony and ensuite shower room, while on the mezzanine, there is a second family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Parc du Mont Blanc 12 appt has a large open plan living area with log fire, modern fitted kitchen and dining table. There is also a large sunny balcony in this Chamonix accommodation with spectacular views of Mont Blanc, with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a sun lounger. The apartment has wifi internet access, plus underground parking and ski locker.

The accommodation is only 300m from the pedestrian high street where you can choose from all the restaurants and bars that Chamonix has to offer, while the nearest large supermarkets are a short 5-10 minutes away on foot. You can catch the bus from the main stops at Chamonix Centre or Place du Mont Blanc (500m away), for access throughout the valley for skiing and summer activities. The Parc Couttet is also home to the popular and prestigious Maison des Artistes / Jazz Club, and just down the road from Chamonix's main train station.
