Meraviglioso appartamento sul mare!
L'appartamento "L'Ancora" è un nuovissimo ed elegante appartamento dalla posizione strategica.
Situato nella zona pedonale di Grottammare, in centro, sul lungomare.
Bar, supermercati, ristoranti, ottime gelaterie e pizzerie, negozi... È tutto a portata di mano!
È composto da una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno cucina con divano letto doppio, un bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. In totale 4 posti letto. Piano secondo con ascensore.
Su disponibilità, vi è la possibilità di prenotare anche un appartamento sito nella stessa struttura.
I colori predominanti sono il bianco il nero e il rosso che con l'azzurro del mare e del cielo e l'oro della sabbia creano un mix di eleganza e perfezione.
Appartamento molto luminoso dagli interni raffinati!
Curato nei minimi dettagli, offre la possibilità di godersi una vacanza veramente speciale!
