The Space

You will be greeted by a room with a white ambiance that offers a hotel-like comfortable warmth. The room is laid out elegantly, equipped with an AC unit, a queen -sized bed that faces the cable TV, and also a portable WI-FI; ready to make your day. Also, the lighting and wardrobe design also adds a modern-minimalist look at the room. There is a desk facing a large window that allows you feel comfortable doing your work, or may be you want to enjoy the views at the balcony.

Small kitchen is available for the guests with a complete standard set of cookware and the kitchen equipment such as multicooker, kettle, and microwave. So, when you feel tired to get around to find some foods, you can cook here at this kitchen.

The Bathroom colored with a nice shade of yellow and white, giving you feel more relaxed and clean.

Getting around

This apartment is located at strategic place. So, it is easy to go everywhere. Public transport is available with many options. Trans Jakarta Pulomas bus stop is right in front of the building, you only spent 6 minutes by car ride to toll gate, 30 minutes to Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, 7 minutes car ride to Omni Hospital Pulomas or Columbia Hospital Kayu Putih, and a 9 minutes walk to Boulevard Raya to culinary tour, opposites the building also stands Sederhana Padang Restaurant, which is introduce you a traditional West Sumatra Food (Minang). 6 minutes walk to McDonald's Gading Kirana, or may be you want to grab some foods or fresh fruits in All fresh store. It is about 8 minutes of walk.

Interaction with guest

I'm working Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm. I might not be able to stand all time in this apartment. But I will do my best for my guest through text, phone, or meet up. I don't provide cleaning room service, but the bed linen and towels will definitely changed for new guests.

The place is nice and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who look for affordable price yet excellent services. I will be back again for next year holiday.

How do damage deposits work?
