Wonderful 3 bedroom villa with fantastic open views, situated in Monte Y Mar, Gran Alacant. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge/dining-room, fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor which is reached by separate entrance is the 3rd double bedroom with 2 single beds, and a very large solarium. The Villa has wifi and aircon in all rooms. The Villa has a large garden, filled with trees and shrubs, private swimming-pool (8m x 4m) with roman steps, and BBQ area. From the terraces the villa has spectacular open views with Alicante Bay in the distance and surrounding area. It is an ideal location with only 5 minutes walk to nearest Bars, Restaurants and Supermarket.

“Villa Flores staycation”
What a fantastic stay we had beautiful villa brilliant location fabulous outside space 4 separate areas for sitting and chilling beautiful gardens very easy walking to and from restaurants The only negative is the amount of steps but apart from that 5* would definitely stay again
