Elegante, nuovo, accogliente vicino al mare e al centro e con una vista mozzafiato!
L'appartamento "Il Faro" ha un'incredibile vista su mare.
Situato in una delle ville più belle della zona pedonale di Grottammare, perla dell'Adriatico, a un passo dal mare e dal centro (non è necessario neanche attraversare la strada).
Bar, supermercati, ristoranti, ottime gelaterie e pizzerie, negozi... È tutto a portata di mano!
È composto da una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno cucina con 2 divani letto matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. In totale 6 posti letto. Piano secondo con ascensore.
Su disponibilità, vi è la possibilità di prenotare anche altri appartamenti siti nella stessa villa.
L'appartamento si caratterizza per la sua luminosità e per i suoi interni molto raffinati e ricercati.
