This peaceful, home from home, villa with private pool is located near to the sea, only 50 meters away, in an unspoiled and most beautiful part of Cyprus.

The sea, just in front to the house, offers several small wonderful bays where you can swim or seat to relax enjoying the crystal clear Med waters and at the same the panoramic views of the area.

You can explore many secluded sandy beaches in short drive (3-10min), discover the scenery of the region with the unforgettable stunning sunsets or visit the beautiful nearby villages along the sea.

The private pool blending with the serene atmosphere of the area and the short proximity to the sea, make the villa a special place for enjoyable and relaxing holiday in peace and quiet.

In walking distance from the villa there is a coffee shop (100m), a kebab/grill house (200m), a fish tavern (500m) and a supermarket (1km). The small harbor of Pomos (500m away from the villa) is the central focal point of local life with fishing boats laden with nets and the catch of the day. On the top of the harbor - boasting exceptional sea and mountain views - is the fish Tavern called Kanali which is renowned for excellent fresh fish dishes. A bus stop found 50m from the villa.

The beach around the harbor and the exceptional surroundings give you the opportunity to spend hours in nature, enjoying the sea, eat or have a drink, in peace and quiet.

The detached spacious villa arranged in 3 levels and provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air condition in bedrooms and lounge/kitchen, gates in the stair case for addional safe of children, WIFI, BBQ and a billiard in the pool area.

Bedrooms: the villa has 5 bedrooms - two doubles, (on the upper floor/ensuite and lower floor) and three twins, (on the ground floor 1 and on the upper floor 2). There are 4 bathrooms (on the ground floor 1, on the upper floor 2 out of which 1 en-suite and on the lower floor 1). Two extra beds/Z-beds and or cots can be provided on request.

Distances: coffee shop, grill house, tavern, supermarket 100m - 1km away, Polis town 20 minutes drive, Coral Bay 50km, Paphos town 50km, Kato Paphos tourist area 50km, Paphos airport 50km, Larnaka airport 160km.

The charming fishing village of Pomos is a superb holiday destination for those seeking a truly relaxing holiday in Cyprus.
