BETWEEN LAKE AND MOUNTAINS - COTE BAUGES - Gite 170 M² at 20 km from Annecy Located in a renovated farmhouse, the cottage "Côté Bauges" combines the charm of old and contemporary comfort in the heart of ideal for your holidays and meetings with family and friends! Between Albertville and Annecy, the hamlet of Villard gives quick access to many outdoor activities offered by the region. Strategically located in the Bauges between Annecy lake and other massifs of Savoie (Aravis, Beaufortain, Tarentaise Maurienne), this apartment you can reach in minutes the ski resorts, beaches, bike trail (greenway) , hiking trails, golf, climbing, paragliding site, canyoning and many other activities ... to ensure a comfortable stay, this property is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge- freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet .... Many arrangements are available in the rooms. The beds are made on arrival, and bath linens provided! Outside a garden / closed terrace facing south with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and chairs and another shaded terrace await you. Capacity 10 people for comfort (possibility of 2 additional beds on sofa bed) on the ground-garden a large dining room with open kitchen and access to the garden / terrace, laundry and toilet, upstairs a spacious and bright room with mountain view, two double rooms (with double bed 160) including a master suite with shower, 2 triple rooms (with 3 beds 90 or 1 bed 90 and 1 double bed 180 on demand), 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Possibility to rent for short stay from 2 days depending on season.
