BETWEEN LAKE and MOUNTAINS - "Rated Mountains" Gite 92 M², Furnished Luxury ★★★★ tourism in duplex with private garden Summer and winter, near Annecy and its many leisure, rent a nice furnished apartment in an old farmhouse. Between lake and mountains, you will have quick access to beaches, ski resorts, the bike path and hiking trails. Large living room-kitchen with mountain views, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and bathroom with walk-in shower, the other with 1 bed 180 and 1 bed 90 or 3 beds 90 on request at time of booking), 1 bathroom with bath, 2 separate WC, laundry room, private parking, garden terrace with barbecue, chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and chairs. To ensure a comfortable stay, this property is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet .... Many arrangements are available in the rooms and the ground floor. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided! Possibility to rent for short stay from 2 days depending on season.
