* WELL BEHAVED PETS WELCOME. ( Additional £35 cleaning fee for dogs)
Stylish and contemporary chalk barn with spacious, bright and airy rooms. Large private garden and patio with dining area and sunbeds.
Built in 1803, Sunnyside Barn at Bempton has been refurbished to a very high standard and retains many of its original features and charm. Much of the house has solid oak flooring and beams with exposed ‘A’ frame and chalk walls. The bedrooms and lounge have floor to ceiling oak French doors for that ‘living inside/outside’ feeling.
Additional amenities; Dishwasher, microwave, 600mm freezer, range cooker, 50" smart flat screen TV with fiber broadband, Alexa, JBL Bluetooth wireless speakers, luxury towels, bedding, dining area with tables and chairs inside and outside. Off road parking for 2 cars.
Highchair, travel cot, booster seat high chair, baby stair gates, toy box- all available on request.
Guest access - All areas. Whole house, garden and patio.

“Fabulous!!”
Wow - what a beautiful barn and certainly the best we have ever stayed in. The garden was perfect for my my little cocker spaniel and we all loved the original features and space of the barn. It’s situated in a lovely quiet village which is perfectly situated to explore Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey and Whitby. We will definitely be booking another visit to this barn!

“Fantastic stay”
We stayed at Sunnyside for 3 days. What a delightful house. Everything you need and Lisa was a lovely host. Everything was thought of, including a cupboard in the kitchen full of condiments. Beautiful garden, private and tastefully finished off with garden lights. Easy reach to Bempton RSPB cliffs and a short distance to the sunny coast of Filey. Lisa had thought of everything and made our stay very welcoming. Lovely part of the east coast. Great break away.
