Completely renovated, the suite is located on the ground floor of a country house in a dominant position overlooking the surrounding hills and the sea. Equipped with Air Conditioning, independent heating, free WiFi, safe and SMART TV with international satellite channels, the studio apartment is approx. 48 square meters is an articulated space composed of the actual bedroom, with a king-size double bed, a relaxation corner with armchairs, a sofa that can become a third bed and a kitchenette. The kitchen corner, perfectly integrated in the room, is equipped with sink, induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, as well as the appropriate dishes, thus offering guests , the possibility of being able to prepare meals in complete autonomy. In the large bathroom equipped with a large shower, you can enjoy soft bathrobes, towels, a hairdryer and an exclusive courtesy set. The room leads to a porch of relevance overlooking the garden, furnished with armchairs, table and chairs, where it will be pleasant to have breakfast or spend relaxing hours. All the furnishings have been treated in every detail to ensure the comfort of the guests. A complete change of bed-linen, bath and pool towel is provided on a weekly basis. Formula Relax Option: - For our guests who want to treat themselves to a stay of total rest, we have also provided for the Relax Formula, which includes additional cleaning of the accommodation and the complete change of bed linen and towels. This option can be requested directly on site, for a daily supplement of 30 euros. Animals are not allowed.
