A magnificent Villa on the hill overlooking the city of Lefkas. Ideal for those seeking a quiet and relaxing luxurious vacation place, located on a unique secluded location with amazing view of Lefkas and the lagoon!
The Villa is surrounded with lush greenery on the top of a hill, only 5 mins drive from the island’s capital and the closest beach, and within a 10-min drive from a number of famous golden sand beaches with amazing turquoise water.
The Villa has 2 floors, with a stone-paved patio and a wonderful huge garden around! The top 2 floors can accommodate up to 6 guests.
On its ground floor, there are also 2 independent smaller apartments that can accommodate up to 4 guests each. In total, the Villa can accommodate up to 14 people!

“Amazing villa with a great location”
What me and my family wanted we have got here - peace, quiet, beautiful open view, apartment equipped with everything necessary, a beautiful garden in which we all enjoyed. The villa location is very good because it is really close to many beaches, to the town of Lefkada, but also to several smaller villages. The owner is a very good host. Everything we needed he made it possible. I recommend Villa Filis to everybody.

Everything is perfect. Nice and clean apartment,with everything inside,beautiful yard ,sea view,secured parking,perfect.. .We were with kids and they enjoyed the stay in Filis apartments.
