Beautifully furnished villa with sea front, situated in one of the most beautiful places of Salento. Just 50 meters we find the most famous beaches of Salento (Lido beach Fashion Taboo) with their white beaches and crystal clear waters that characterize the marine protected areas of the coast of Salento. The house is arranged on the ground floor with ample space on the back equipped with a gazebo, teak wooden table seats 8 and barbeque where you can spend your free time in the company of the sun and tasty barbecue. It has 4 beds (possibility of adding a fifth bed for free), living room with comfortable sofa bed sofa chairs with latex mattress, large kitchen overlooking the 'large outdoor area, a bathroom with glass showers, and finally master bedroom. The rooms are equipped with specially designed furniture new and of great quality, air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen is fitted over the floor with a fridge, oven and washing machine. The house has private parking space inside. The strategic location of the house allows you to leave your car in the private car park for the duration of the stay or reach the house directly by public transport, thanks to its proximity to beaches, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, tobacconists and bus stops (all within 50 m). Also a few meters is the stop of the municipal FREE shuttle every 15 minutes that will make a ride to and from the center of Porto Cesareo 1.2 km away. On-site opportunity to jet ski rental, sailing courses, catamaran trips and dives visit the famous greek-Roman columns. All this for a holiday that combines the attractiveness of underwater environments for relaxation and fun.
