Rumah Beryl at Lata Lama A unique collection of three Hand crafted Boutique Villas

A charming two-bedroom Teakwood house full of character & charm. A wonderful 100-year-old fully restored & adorable little gem.

The History

Two unique traditional Javanese Gladak houses discovered on our travels, were bought together to create this wonderful one-bedroom teak house. Stunning hand carved original wood panels, doors and beams were lovingly transformed to make this a truly one of a kind beautiful an intimate private hideaway.

The Space

Detached and set in her own tropical landscaped garden. The front terrace looks onto the pool and has two day beds perfect for lounging and relaxing.

Themain bedroom has wooden floors and a big king sized bed with a romantic sweeping mosquito net & crisp white cotton bedding.The second bedroom is off the main bedroom and are interconnecting- perfect for families and friends

Leading off this main salon to the right is the small well equipped kitchen & terrace and dining area.

Through a vintage style stable door to the back is a beautiful large bathroom complete with bathtub and open air tropical shower. The pool has a wooden deck at either end so you can catch the rays all day. The pool is quite deep and is great to cool off in any time of the day.

Getting around

To take in all the natural beauty of the area we recommend hiring a car & driver for the day - approx cost is Rp 300k to Rp. 500 k depending on your choice of attratction.Or hire a scooter and go explore.Its so worth it. We are a short walk into town along the beach or by the main road. 10 to 15 mins

Interaction with guest

We live in the front of the property and are always on hand for anything you may need from Local information Booking Dolphin trip Transport or just if you want to chat. We have 24 hr security on site.

As an antique house all the doors still have their original wooden locks and the house is very secure standing in its own private grounds.
