Set in a well established community, Residencial Oporto offers excellent accommodation and here is a great example of a ground floor garden apartment now available for rental.  The large front garden offers plenty of space and a driveway for off road parking.  The main entrance is reached via a few stairs leading to the covered porch area where you have a great shaded area for al fresco dining.  The main door opens directly into the spacious open plan lounge and this has been well maintained and furnished to very good standards.  Air conditioning is fitted in the lounge for heating and cooling and there is also a ceiling fan.  Entertainment is provided via the flat screen tv with UK freeview channels and WiFi is also available at the property.  The far end of the lounge has a dining area and this is served by the open plan kitchen and breakfast bar.  A rear door leads to a private rear garden and BBQ area.  A small hall from the lounge leads to the main bathroom, guest bedroom which is furnished with two single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.  The master bedroom is also accessed from this hall and this has a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.  With a choice of two communal pools and the comercial centre of Los Dolses just 5 minutes away and La Zenia Boulevard a 15 minute walk, this is an ideally located property and is sure to provide you with an excellent base whilst you enjoy your time here on the Costa Blanca.
