Description
En Sueno is as the name implies a dream. This generously built finca on the edge of the nature reserve in Cala Ratjada can accommodate 6 + persons. This beautiful finca in Mallorcan style is located in a wonderful quiet location, only about 600 meters as the crow flies from the fine sandy beach of Cala Aguilla in Cala Ratjada away. On the approximately 14,000 square meters of landscaped grounds, the house extends. From the entrance leads into a large and bright dining area with seating for 8-10 people. Here also offers a direct access to the outdoor terrace. This opens up directly the very large and also pleasant bright living room. From here, 2 more doors lead out into the garden area. On this floor are also 3 spacious bedrooms with double and four-poster beds and each with en suite bathroom. On this floor is also a well-equipped bright kitchen. The kitchen also has a dining table with seating for 6 people. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly onto another terrace with a dining table that seats up to 8 people. In addition to the two en suite bathrooms, there is also a guest toilet on this level. All bedrooms have a separate exit to the outside directly into the garden. The natural plot is well maintained and has numerous pines, which donate pleasant shade in midsummer. A wide driveway made of natural stones, you can drive directly to the house. There are also shady parking spaces on the finca, which is very beneficial, especially in summer. The house is surrounded by numerous terraces and therefore offers many individual relaxation areas outdoors. The approximately 6 x 12 meters large pool has a large pool terrace and completes the very good features of the house. The wonderfully quiet location guarantees a relaxed undisturbed holiday on this beautiful finca. Despite this quiet location, it is only about 600 meters to the popular sandy bay Cala Aguilla and only about 2.5 km to the center of Cala Ratjada.
