Off the beaten track; enjoy a luxury stay in nature!

Located on the lakeshore of Lake Kardzhali, near the Greek border, the apartments are spacious, modern, fully equipped, have unobstructed, panoramic views of the lake and are located on a private estate. Free wifi is available throughout the 2.5 hectare estate, which guests are free to roam as they desire. Outside the estate we are bordered by forest behind and the lake in front. Covered parking is included for free as is access to a private lakeside bar.

The region is steeped in history, the surrounding nature is still pristine and the climate is Mediterranean. We arrange excursions and activities for guests as wanted....basically it's a perfect location for both adventure and relaxation.

As we have no neighbours guests are welcome to use the bar, bbq or other facilities until as late as they want. The apartments are perfect for large groups and families who want to get away from the humdrum of everyday life for a bit. We guarantee amazing views & privacy and, with staff always available on the property, are always happy to help as needed.

Kayaks and bicycles are available and the lake is renowned for fishing. We speak English, Dutch, German, Turkish & Bulgarian as well as some Spanish, French and Russian.

Our estate is located in a rural area with no neighbours. Guests are welcome to use the private bar at any time and need not worry about disturbing others. The area is perfect for larger groups or families who wish to find a private, luxury and secluded apartment with incredible views and plenty of nature about!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
